If you need to return an item call us on 0411 789 144 as we’re often able to fix problems over the phone.
We’re happy to have you contact us and arrange to return an item you’ve purchased if you deem that:
Once we receive your return we’ll inspect the item. If we deem the product fault or damage to be major we may issue a refund via the payment method used in your initial purchase. An in-store credit or exchange is also available in place of a refund.
If the damage or fault is minor, we reserve the right to offer a repair only. In this case we then reserve the right to not offer a refund, in-store credit or exchange.
If we’re not able to establish proof of your purchase, we won’t be able to provide a refund, store credit or exchange.
If you change your mind about an item you purchased we’re happy to have you return it for an in-store credit or exchange.
To be eligible, the item must be:
Your credit won’t include any shipping and handling charges incurred when it was initially sent to you and you’ll also need to cover the shipping costs to return the product.
Unfortunately we aren’t able to provide a refund in cases where you change your mind.
Our shop will be closed this week and will reopen on Wednesday 17th April.
Our online store will be open for orders as usual but we’d also love you to visit our stand at the Exhibition Centre Melbourne from this Thursday 11th to Sunday 14th – it’s going to be a great event!
